The property, distributed on three levels, comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite and the others sharing a bathroom, and a guest toilet. The total is 250 sq.m. with terraces on each floor and an ample lawn area behind.

This townhouse is planned to be a getaway location for the clients. The initial interior was quite outdated, dark and stuffy so the clients do not feel home there. The main goal was to create minimalist contemporary interior design with an individual touch and cosy details.

Firstly, the priority was to architecturally elevate the space:
• To maximise the ceilings
• To join the ground floor into one functional open space
• Change all windows, doors and update all engineering systems
• Create new forms and functions, new ways for the family to spend time together

Secondly, we added some sophisticated details and warm textures. It was important to use durable and easy-maintained materials everywhere for comfortable living during occasional stays. To maximise the perfect views, a lot of mirrors were integrated to the walls on specifically chosen places.
